The goal of this project was to develop an app with a corresponding website specifically designed to help creative professionals enter and maintain a flow state. It’s all about providing the right tools to stay organized and inspired, while keeping interruptions to a minimum. To further enhance focus, the app features an AI function that breaks down tasks into smaller, manageable steps, helping users stay on track and achieve flow more easily.

I began the design process with a survey conducted through Appinio to better understand the needs and challenges of creative professionals. Based on the insights gathered, I developed user flows, journey maps, and personas to define clear pathways and pain points, ensuring the app truly supports users.

With these foundations, I created a design system in Figma to ensure a consistent and efficient user experience, covering typography, colors, spacing, interaction patterns, and reusable components. This streamlined the process and allowed for quick, system-wide updates. The visual language is shaped by a pastel color palette and a dark UI to create a calm, focused atmosphere. Sketch-like graphic elements add a personal, creative touch and the logo symbolizes the peak flow state.
